How do I submit my request?
I was applying for the rural Mail Carrier position on feb. 25 2011. I had lots of problems applying online. A few days later I went online to see what is going on, you gave me GgD9k>-L and BAFCEBCoFC. what is this? I’ve tried several different ways to get in using those id’s but nothing worked. Iv’e probably lost my chances of getting hired by now, but could you PLEASE work on making your websites USER FRIENDLY? Even calling the 1800 number is a tooth pulling exprience. can ‘t you just use my yahoo.com e-mail address? at least we know it will work.
You think that’s bad? Under “contact us”, go to “send us an email”, it will take you to a page with a drop down menu and a “back” button. You select an option you want to complain about from the drop down menu and…. that’s it. Nothing happens. It doesn’t automatically go to some next page. No “continue” button appears. Just the same “back” button. Tried it with firefox and internet explorer. Same thing. I wonder if they brag that they’re doing a swell job because they have not ever received one single online complaint over their website.
I am trying (unsuccesfully) to email the USPS with a request for the unit cost & size of individual packing containers used in Priority Mail. So far they have done nothing but refer me to unrelated subjects – definitions, etc. It is no wonder the Rerpublicans want shut them down. They are brain dead.
