Returned a vehicle n forgot package we had just purchased in trunk. When we called to tell them they said it was gone out already. Wouldn’t call new renters to tell them. Either they took the merchandise or hertz employees. We r not happy with hertz employees for their dishonesty at the sebring,fl office. Boo to amandas response from there!!
