Wow, they should start teaching classes in proper brewing techniques here in the U.S. *ducks for cover, yet again*. Maybe I should put the ISO standard on a wallet sized card to start a movement of Proper Tea Making, although I suspect this is all just some Boston-Tea-Party unconscious rejection of England thing
