Aidons-nous!
Sources tell us that late last night, one Heather Meader, 16, keys in hand, hopped into her parents' car, with her older brother in the passenger seat. The elder Meader fell asleep while the Meadermobile found its way to la belle province. It seems that Heather took a bit of a detour and came to a stop slightly outside of Ste-Agathe, Québec.

A local resident sent in this report:

Les américains, ils sont vraiment fous! Ils ne parlent aucun mot de français, et ils ont mangé tout le poutine. La jeune fille, avec ses yeux bleus, elle m'a demandé pour un chat qui s'appelle <<toonces>>.

Babelfish translates this to:

The americains, they are really insane! They do not speak any word about French, and they have eats all the poutine. The girl, with her blue eyes, it has request for a cat to me which is called <<toonces>>.

Holed up in Motel Ste-Agathe, the Meaders are willing to trade banner ads for gas money. Sacre bleu!

Mac OS X Server to be renamed
As has been reported, Apple has purchased an advertisment to be run during Super Bowl XXXIII. A source close to Steve Jobs has leaked details of the ad.
Apple's ad during the Super Bowl will introduce (finally!) Mac OS X Server. Except for one thing. It won't be called Mac OS X Server. It's been renamed Mac OS XXXIII Server. The graphic designers are hard at work readying the new packaging. This is considered one of Steve's more brilliant moves to date.

Analysts' reactions have been mixed. A senior technology consultant for the Gartner Group told MOSRR "I really don't know what to say. In fact I never have any clue what I'm talking about, so I usually just make stuff up."
