I bought a Motorola V551 phone from Cingular. From the first time I used it the keypad had problems; the "7" stuck all the time. After numerous phone conversations and cell phone tests, Cingular agreed that the new phone they had sold me was defective. Cingular said they would send me a new phone. The new phone had a battery that would not hold a charge. I read the fine print and determined that I had received a reconditioned phone. What other company sells you something defective and replaces it with a used device duirng the warranty period. I am furious!
